It may be a surprise to you but I don’t find my value in my dreams, I don’t find value in my hard work, I don’t find value in my success or lack there of it, I don’t find my value in my appearance. I find my value in the fact that I was created by an almighty creator that put me on this earth for a purpose. I choose to put my value in that because I know that will never change. I can not change the fact that I was created for a reason. The calling on our life is irrevocable. There is nothing we can do about it. The amount of money we make will go up and down, our work ethic will not always be perfect, we won’t be successful at everything, we will lose friends, but one thing that will always remain constant is the fact that I was created by a God that has a plan and purpose for my life. That cant ever change and it wont ever change. Thats where I put my value. Thats what gets me going. Thats why I work hard. Thats why I am chasing my dreams. Thats why I want to be successful in everything I do.
(ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT TOPICS AND VIDEOS)
What do you put your value in? Most people put it on things that can and will change. Here’s the problem with that, what happens if you lose your job? Most will be completely devastated because they find their value in their job. What happens if you lose all your money? Many will be completely devastated because they put their value in the amount of money they have. What happens if you lose some of your friends? A lot of people would be feel less valuable because all their value comes from their friends. See what I am getting at here? There has to come a point and time in your life where you begin to put your self worth and value in something that doesn’t change. Something that is irrevocable. I remember when I used to put my self-worth in whether I was talking to a girl or not. Man that was up and down! One week I would feel great about myself, the next week I would feel like I wasn’t worth anything. It was horrible.
Once I began to put my self worth in the fact that I was created for a reason, whether I was successful at my job or not, whether I was talking to a girl or not, whether I felt like I had a lot of friends or not, etc, did not matter because I knew what my self worth was. But rather I put my value in the fact that I was created by hand by an Almighty creator that put me on this earth for a reason. You were created by God and he has a purpose for your life. There is a reason for your life. Once this becomes a revelation all of a sudden the way you look at yourself will begin to become steady. It wont be able to be changed by your circumstances. It wont be able to be altered by your relationships, your job, your success, your failure, your money, your stuff. No matter what happens in your life you know that their is a plan and purpose for your life and thats where you find your value. The important part is that will never change. That will never go up or down. That will remain constant from now till the day you die. How awesome is that? You are valuable. There is a reason for your life. You can do all things. Nothing is impossible for you. Thats where I find my value, question is, where do you find yours?
