Step Into Your Greatness!!

We all have greatness inside of us. We all have a gift. We all have value that we should bring to the world. However many of us don’t ever step into our greatness. I know this because when I first started writing and recording myself, I was doing it every single day. I had a blog started but didn’t tell a sole about it. I had material, recorded podcasts and video but didn’t release it. I was doing my gift and my calling every day but I wasn’t stepping into my greatness because I wasn’t bringing that gift to the world. I wasn’t saying to world, this is who I am, and this is what I am doing. I remember being so fearful of releasing my blog, thinking what will people think of me. Will people make fun of me? I had over 60 blogs already written and I was doing my calling everyday and I was happy but I wasn’t bringing that value to the world that I needed to bring, I wasn’t stepping into my greatness. I remember being so fearful of recording my first video and posting it on Facebook and Instagram. Again thinking what will people think of me? Will I get made fun of? But posting my blog and my videos was my statement to the world that this is who I am, this is what I am doing, and without knowing it, I was stepping into my greatness! The response I have received from people, the amount of people I have been able to personally help 1 on 1 and the interest I have received to come speak to kids has been incredible, all because I stepped into my greatness.

I think stepping into our greatness happens when we stop caring about what people think, we stop letting any fear hold us back, we just make a claim to the world that this is who I am, this is what I am doing, love me or hate me, I am going for it. I think stepping into our greatness comes when we decide to go all in with our dreams and purpose. When we say I can’t freaking take it anymore, I HAVE to do this. It goes from I should do this, I need to do this, to I have to do this. You’re all in. You’ve burned the bridges behind you and you start sprinting. This is stepping into your greatness. Greatness is something that we choose, not something that we earn. We get to choose to be great. The world may not recognize your greatness right away but they will eventually. You need to recognize your greatness and step into it before the world recognizes it.

My purpose is to help individuals identify their individual greatness and inspire them to step into it. To push past all the fears and to live with only one fear, the fear of regret. Its amazing when you identify your greatness, its even more amazing when you step into it. You actually start to come to grips with who you are. You begin to build this swagger about you that says this is who I am, this is my purpose, and I am doing it whether you like it or not because I have to. Once I accepted that my gift was encouraging and uplifting people through speaking I felt free. But I felt even more free when I told other people this is what I am good at. The world tells us to not say we are good at something, because thats arrogant, I say find what your good at and tell EVERYONE! Be humble enough to admit what you are not good at, but be confident enough to admit what you are good at. Why? Because its freeing! You get to live a freedom that at least the world knows who you are and they know what they are going to get. People have started calling me “The Professional Encourager and Uplifter” randomly and it feels incredible because thats who I am! I claimed to the world this is who I am, so at least they know, love it or hate it, they know what they are getting. You have greatness within you. I want you to find that greatness and then step into it. Tell the world, and be that greatness everyday!
